Snooze Landing is a historic cottage perched on an elevated dune in Kill Devil Hills, where you walk right out the back door onto the sandy beach. Knotty-pine walls and ceilings, breezy decks over the sea oats, and expansive views up and down the oceanfront. It’s the “real feel” of the OBX, full of yesteryear charm.

Wake to a sunrise over the Atlantic and take your coffee out on the screened porch. Days pass in a surfer’s paradise and fisherman’s delight beside Avalon Pier. Evenings wind down with pink skies over the water and a board game under the fan.

Four bedrooms sleep six comfortably, and the full kitchen, easy decks, and private hot tub make it the perfect family getaway. Restaurants, mini golf, and the movies are all within an easy walk.
